Every day our own vessels, or vessels from our carefully selected suppliers, harvests an extensive assortment of wild caught or sea frozen seafood. This wide range includes cockles, mussels, scallops, razor clams, whelks, various types of venus clam, oysters, crabs, langoustines, pink and grey shrimp, lobster, wild caught and cultivated prawns, crayfish, pelagic (oil-rich) fish, various types of squid, octopus and other fish species.

This fresh produce is sourced worldwide:

- Europe (the Netherlands, France, Denmark, England, Wales, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Greece, Norway and Turkey);

- Asia (India, Pakistan, Vietnam, China, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia);

- Midden-Amerika (Costa Rica, Panama en Guatemala);

- South America (Peru, Chile and Ecuador);

- North Africa (Morocco).

It is vitally important that as little time as possible elapses between the moment of landing the catch, processing and delivery to the client. This not only requires strictly organised logistics and an iron hard discipline but also modern facilities for processing, storage and distribution. For this reason the Lenger Seafoods fleet contains a number of freezer ships.
